Voxelrun

Your server starts when someone joins and stops when everyone leaves. You pay for the hours in between, and the first 10 GB of storage are free.

Servers run on our own AMD Ryzen 9 bare metal in the EU.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-07

Because VoxelRun is pay-as-you-go, there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge. This page explains what is and is not refundable.

Stopping a server

Stop a server at any time from the dashboard. Runtime billing stops within 60 seconds of the stop event. There is no fee to stop or restart.

Unused credits

Refunds are available only for unused credit balances. If you have credits left in your wallet you no longer need, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the original payment date. If part of the purchased credits has been used, only the remaining unused portion is eligible for refund. Where possible, we will refund the unused balance to the original payment method. Refunds are executed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; once approved, processing may take several business days depending on Paddle and your bank. Consumed credits for compute time, storage, or any delivered services are non-refundable. Non-refundable third-party fees, such as payment processing fees, may be deducted where permitted by law. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, the corresponding credits are reversed from your wallet, which may take the balance negative, and your account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

Deleting a server

Deleting a server removes its data from our systems and stops storage billing immediately. Backups of a deleted server are removed after the standard 30-day retention period unless you delete them sooner; this applies to previously pinned backups as well.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
