Voxelrun

Your server starts when someone joins and stops when everyone leaves. You pay for the hours in between, and the first 10 GB of storage are free.

Servers run on our own AMD Ryzen 9 bare metal in the EU.

Pricing

Pricing that follows your play schedule, not someone else's calendar.

Buy credits in any amount. Pick the RAM your world needs, from 2 to 32 GB. Start and stop as your group's schedule changes — a stopped server costs nothing to run.

8GB

Paper with a plugin stack, or a lighter Fabric pack.

  • 8 GB of RAM reserved for you — a hard limit, not a share
  • ≈ 7 GB JVM heap; the rest is held back for the server process
  • CPU scales with the RAM you pick — more RAM, more CPU weight when the machine is busy
10GB

Every server keeps its world on its own disk. The first 10 GB are free; space above that bills monthly whether the server runs or not.

Estimated monthly bill

€0.00

Server runtime€0.00
Storage€0.00

€0.04 per hour while running · 40 credits

Compute is capped at €20.00/month at this size — leave it running nonstop and you'll never pay more.

Idle auto-stop puts the server to sleep when nobody is playing, and wake-on-join starts it again when someone connects. You pay for the hours in between.

Start with 8 GB

vs. monthly hosting

An empty server should cost nothing.

Most hosts make you pay for a whole month even if you only play on weekends. We don't.

€19.20

Fixed price. You pay even on the days you don't log in.

With VoxelRun

€0.00

Pay only the hours you actually run the server — the first 10 GB of storage are free.

You save €0.00 per month

Comparison is illustrative, based on public pricing of common managed Minecraft hosts — roughly €2–3 per GB of RAM per month — as of 2026.

The machine underneath

Your own slice of real hardware.

Not a cloud VM that gets sliced thinner every quarter. One machine we own and operate, in the EU, with your RAM fenced off from everyone else's.

Bare metal, not a cloud slice

Your world runs on an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X we own. The RAM you pick is a hard container limit — nothing else on the machine can take it.

NVMe, and the disk is yours

Fast NVMe storage with a hard per-server quota, so a neighbour filling their disk can never fill yours.

EU-hosted, GDPR by default

Compute and live worlds stay in the EU. Backups are stored separately in Hetzner Object Storage in Falkenstein, Germany.

A hostname, not an IP and a port

Every server gets its own yourname.voxel.run, with an A record and a Minecraft SRV record. Your friends type one name, even when the port isn't 25565.

Basic DDoS protection at the network level.

Pricing FAQ

Do credits expire?

No. Credits sit in your wallet indefinitely.

How are taxes handled?

All prices include VAT where applicable. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, handles tax collection and remittance — the price you see is the price you pay.

Are storage and bandwidth included?

Outbound bandwidth is included up to fair-use levels. Every server keeps its own disk and the first 10 GB are free; space above that is metered at €0.10/GB/month and billed whether the server is running or stopped.

Can I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel. Stop your server and we stop billing. Delete it to release the storage. Refunds for unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase.

Is there a referral bonus?

Yes. Every account gets a personal referral link. When a friend signs up through it and completes their first paid top-up — any amount — 2000 credits land in both wallets. See /refer for the full breakdown.
